About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Wonderful food!
We can not compliment these guys highly enough. They catered our wedding party on Saturday 31st August and the food was delicious, speedy, and piping hot. We've had so many guests comment about how great it was. The two gents in the van (I'm so sorry I can only remember Marcus's name!) were brilliant and worked really hard to make sure everyone had yummy food. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service and great food
Fergus was great to organise the event through, with regular calls and emails, so I knew exactly what was expected.
The team arrived on time and were ready for all the guests by our agreed time...the food was delicious and the bar was a great hit! The cocktails were fantastic!

Chop and chip arrived just on time and set up despite students hanging around in the playground and despite the rain coming down just before service. They served with a smile even in the rain and the food was delicious. All staff gave very positive feedback, I would highly recommend them.

Luke and his team turned up on time and got straight to it. They provided top quality food and service in a relaxed way delivering on time and with no disruption to the rest of the event, packing down quickly and quietly. The food selection was excellent and the client was very happy. Would highly recommend.
