About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Wouldn't have chosen anyone else
Chop & Chip co. catered for my wedding of approx. 85 guests and we couldn't have been happier. All the staff were communicative and knowledgeable and everyone at my party had a positive experience with the food & drinks. The pulled pork was delicious and the London Pride was comparable/better than some pubs.
Chip & Chip came the day before to set up and allow the beer to settle and they were on time on the day. Putting £1000 behind the bar was spot on and supplies were good too. The price was competitive and the vegetarians at the party were happy with the halloumi burgers too.
Chop & Chip were catalysts to producing an unforgettable experience for my guests and I and I would very much recommend. Thank you.

Professional service & delicious food!
We used Chop & Chip for my 40th birthday party, to cater for roughly 80 guests. Unilateral praise from everyone on the food provided (burgers, posh dogs, halloumi & jackfruit). Impressed from the outset with the initial quote, the follow up service, the flexibility and the team on the day - service was smooth, portion size great, food was delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend and have provisionally booked for my 50th ;-)

Marcus arrived early on the day which was no problem, without his helper, which actually made no difference to us at all. Marcus got on quietly and efficiently and was ready on time to serve the food. A number of guests commented on his friendly demeanour. He was certainly a welcome addition to the success of the party. Fergus was equally efficient on the booking side of things. Would definitely recommend.

They were fabulous to deal with from the start ... went for a tasting test was blown away with food ...communication between us was fabulous they knew what I was looking for with regards to my party . on day of party to 2 young men turned up set up and started cooking ... absolutely fantastic every one at party said food was was great ....service great all in all a fabulous and very tasty addition to what was a fantastic party many thank ...

Amazing food and service!
We were so lucky to have Chop & Chip do our evening BBQ and day-after breakfast-bar at our lovely wedding! All the guests loved the food (BBQ sandwiches, etc) and were grateful for the veggie, vegan and gluten-free options. Everyone was friendly and professional and it gave us one less thing to worry about on the big day ;) Thank you so much!
