About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Great option for a crowd!
We booked Chop & Chip for our work summer social. I felt that the variety of food offered for the price was very good. They worked with my (quite specific) requests about set up that had been put in place by the venue.
I had many positive comments on the food which is great considering how varied the audience was.
My only disappointment was how long it took to get served, we ordered for 120 people and the queue did take a while to move through. I genuinely believe this was down to the fact that there were only two people juggling the orders, cooking & running back & forth when they needed to top up ingredients from their van.
I think given the amount of people, a 3rd person would have made the whole experience pretty much perfect!

Absolutely Amazing
Chop & Chip are absolutely fantastic. Their customer service is brilliant and the team that attended the event were second to none. Everything went without a hitch, they arrived bang on time, set up everything in seconds, made all the salads, cooked the burgers etc without batting an eyelid and were really attentive and helpful. The food was out of this world - everyone at the party said the same and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Will use them at any event we can and recommend them to all. Thanks guys.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Great communications, excellent value for money. They managed to get onto our slightly tricky site with ease. And, most importantly, the food was amazing and got great feedback all night. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
