About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Exactly what we wanted. Chop & Chip were really efficient, right from our original tasting through to our wedding event. Quick to set up their self-contained unit without interrupting proceedings, accommodating in breaking their service around speeches, and most importantly providing burgers that all our guests loved. Great service from start to finish. Chop and Chip allowed us to swap out menu items with ease, worked out perfectly the amount of each dish was required and catered for our dietary requirements.
The food smelled, looked and tasted delicious and all staff I dealt with both office and front of house were great and communicated well with us. I would most definitely use again!
