About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Great communication, excellent food and variety
George and his colleague (I didn't catch her name!) were excellent, communication was reassuring and very responsive from the off. The communication was quick and informative, we had several phone calls and I had an amazing experience when asking questions - especially being a first-time event organiser, I really appreciated Livy's patience and kindness! The catering staff were so lovely on the day and the food was so so yummy - we got loads of compliments! Was a very smooth sailing event and we will certainly be working with you again in the future. :)

Excellent all round, the booking process is seamless, the food is fantastic, and the staff are excellent. I would strongly recommend for any catering event. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to do so going forward.
Amazing service and delicious food
Connie's communication was great from the start, Chop & Chip co was a fantastic addition to our event and our delegates enjoyed the delicious lunch provided! George and the team were a great team to work with on the day, the worked very hard.
