About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Excellent service - from start to finish!
We used Chop Chip for the first time for our school PTA annual fireworks event this year and it was a real pleasure working with Fergus and team. They were very accommodating, the communication throughout was first class and the food was delicious - particularly the chicken burger and smoky bratwurst. A very big thank you to Fergus and team.

Arrived on time, delicious food which everyone enjoyed. Minor criticism is that I could have done with some warning that the vege options were running low so I could warn those who hadn’t eaten - I think a few missed out and ended up with chip butties.

Guests said that loved the guys behind the counter. The duty of care towards the bride and groom was exceptional. The were committed to ensuring that we both ate and that we enjoyed their food. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to Fergus to the quick responses to all my questions and being patient while I pondered numbers and menu choices.
