Coffi Baa Lts

Hi! My name is Tammi. I set up my business a couple of years ago, alongside working full time. It was always a dream of mine to have my own coffee shop and for the flexibility of it, it made sense for me to do it on wheels. I’ve always had a passion for the hospitality industry and I love movies and series involving restaurants (‘The Bear’, ‘Chef’, ‘Burnt’), all of which inspires me. I chose to go down the coffee route because like many people, coffee shops are my happy place. My passion for business has always been in me, ever since I was a kid because my parents always had their own business too (a video shop in the 1980s and a pub after that). I love people and making people happy with a good coffee. I love the vibe my horsebox brings. People love it. And chose the name ‘Coffi Baa’ because I’m a Valley girl. ‘Coffi’ is Welsh for ‘coffee’ and ‘baaa’ because we have a lot of sheep where I live! Haha.

I’ve traded in loads of big events and been invited back this year. I have done large charity sports events, food festivals, corporate events and have done weddings bookings too. :)

We do a variety of events. We’ve done food festivals, large running events, small CrossFit competitions, Abergavenny Pride festival within Castle walls, local business events and operated at heritage railways.
