About COOPER

I recently joined this site in February 2026 after working for entertainment agencies for many years. So no stars or reviews yet but a couple of screenshots of reviews in my photos. Unfortunately we can only post 9 photos chosen from dozens. In order to build up a reputation on here I may be initially prepared to drop my price a little if you talk to me. I am a very experienced entertainer with 30 years in the trade as a singer, a DJ & a band member. All my equipment is industry standard & I have a lot of it. I can set up for small venues, large venues or outdoor venues. I also have more lighting than I can use & a full white rig for weddings. I don’t see entertainment as a job; it’s just something I love doing. I will give you 100% regardless of the size or cost of your event. The stage hire just came along when I got the chance to purchase two small units. I have them on a customised trailer. I can deliver before your event & collect after.

Obviously, the stages are for hire for any event, regardless of whether I am involved as a DJ or not.

Typical Clients

I don’t have typical clients. I have recently done birthday parties for 11-year-olds and 90-year-olds. I have worked nightclubs where I have played dance all night but also DJ’d at Asian events & played Bhangra all night. Age group or genre do not phase me. I simply do my homework first. I am an experienced singer, so at karaoke gigs I will provide top-class equipment & understand how to make each singer sound the best they can. Never forgetting that we are all supposed to be having fun.

Amazing DJ

Cooper did an awesome job of getting everyone on the dance floor! The music was fantastic and he pitched everything perfectly!!! His communication prior to the party was brilliant and he was receptive to requests. We would definitely recommend him.

Brilliant DJ

Cooper was the DJ for my partners surprise 40th and despite never really discussing expectations prior to the event, Cooper read the room perfectly, played music everyone enjoyed and the dance floor was never empty. He is polite, kind and has decent banter. All round 5 star review from us and would definitely book again

Excellent Disco

Thanks to Cooper we had an excellent evening for our 50th Anniversary. Whatever style of music/karaoke we wanted, it was there. Our guests all commented on how they enjoyed the disco. Cooper was a lovely man, even did a bit of singing for us! Nothing was too much trouble for him. Would definitely recommend him for all your parties! Will definitely be booking him again next year for my ‘special’ birthday party.

No problems at all!

I had been searching for a DJ for ages and found DJ Cooper on here. From the moment I inquired, his communication has been fantastic. He responded quickly and always answered any questions. He was open to me sending him a playlist to get our vibe too. On the night, he was there with plenty of time to set up. Set up and sound was brilliant. Can't fault him!

Brilliant DJ playing great music

I booked DJ Cooper for a recent retirement party and the service was absolutely fantastic. The music flowed perfectly and the DJ read the room brilliantly. Many guests commented on the DJ and how good he was. Professional set up and friendly. I would definitely book him again
