Booked for an 85th Birthday celebration.
Nothing was to much trouble, the food was fantastic, portion sizes were excellent , freshly cooked to order & worth the wait.
Vegetarian option was good & the compliments did not stop coming all evening. Thank you again & I hope we have the opportunity to use you again.
Ps. The Haloumi is a must

We held a 21st birthday party and all of our guests loved the food which was cooked to order and so fresh. Quite simply the best fish and chips I’ve had in the South!

We had our Wedding Vow renewal and Silver Wedding party in our garden last weekend and decided to save all the bother with food by getting Dave in with F&C. Having 100 people was a challenge when making the food fresh, not helped by the fact this was most people’s first party for a long long time so everyone wanted to chat…. then try to order food at the same time! Dave and colleague handled the pressure excellently, though I think they needed a lie down afterwards. His buzzer system worked really well, getting people their food as soon as was possible. Everyone commented on how good the F&C were, and they were excellent. Dave was a pleasure to deal with, great value and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Dave was an absolute star. The food was amazing and everybody loved it. He took care of everything so there was no stress for me as the host. Even though it rained on the night this didn’t dampen anyone’s enjoyment of the food. I would highly recommend DB’s. Thank you Dave!!

From the offset, communication was outstanding - from agreed costs, time of arrival, service and requirements. I’ve never had so much feedback from guests after a party about the food. “Great idea, fresh hot food when you want it” “Best fish and chips ever” “Portions were massive” “Fish was so fresh” “Mushy peas were so tasty” “Such a clever idea to give a buzzer to tell you your food is ready”. Thank you Dave for everything and to Christine too. Brilliant night, with excellent fresh food and service. I will definitely be using you again. If anyone is reading this review and considering using DBs I can honestly say, book now without hesitation :-)

David was very quick to respond to all of my queries and we couldn't have asked for a better service at our event which was a surprise 60th party. He uses a buzzer system when people place an order which is a great idea as meant our guests didn't have to stand in line waiting and could carry on socializing. I would highly recommend

Wow, service was absolutely excellent. Food exceeded my expectations. I envisaged having to buy in gluten free and veggie alternatives but DB's supplied absolutely everything. My gluten free guests were over the moon as were all the other guests. All were complimentary about the food. DBs came on time and when they left one would not know they had been. I happily recommend them to anyone wanting first class outside catering at a great price.
For me it was great being able to actually get round and speak to all our guests rather than being run ragged with supplying the catering as I would normally have done. We will certainly be booking DBs for our next Annual Bash. Carol

The fish & chips tasted great, loved the mushy peas and one guest was particularly excited to try her first pickled egg. Portion size was very generous - no one went hungry.
Communication was good, especially letting me know when the van was on its way.
Managing the ‘rush’ proved effortless with the buzzer system and meant guests didn’t have to queue.
Overall - definitely recommend.
