About Dexter's Events

I am a multi-genre DJ with over 20 years of experience performing across clubs, festivals, and music events. For the last eight years, I have specialised in private hire, wedding, and corporate event DJ services—bringing a club-level musical experience into tailored, high-quality private settings.

I provide bespoke DJ sets designed specifically for your event. Whether you like Funk, Soul, Disco, R&B, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Basement, House, UK Garage, Dubstep, Drum & Bass, Jungle, Pop or a curated blend of genres, I craft the atmosphere to match your crowd, energy, and vision.

Typical Clients

From performing at Premier League footballers’ private celebrations and the Lionesses’ Christmas Party, to providing the soundtrack for FA Hospitality at international football fixtures, I’ve delivered high-energy, high-quality DJ sets for a wide range of elite and diverse audiences.

My experience includes:

A Proper DJ

We used DJ Dex for an end of exams summer party and he exceeded expectations. From the start his communication was great, he was polite & responsive & answered any questions we had. On the day he turned up with plenty of time, he had plenty of equipment on offer and all of it really good quality. Most important to us was that he knew how to mix & how to read the dance floor, he turned the tempo up at the right time and calmed it down when needed. The dance floor was full all night & everyone who attended absolutely loved it. All for a very reasonable price as well. 10/10 would use again & recommend to anyone.
