For me, being a DJ is about much more than simply playing music. It’s about creating an atmosphere, bringing people together and helping to make memories that last long after the final song.

I started DJing through family events and parties and quickly discovered how much I enjoyed seeing a dance floor come alive. The positive feedback and repeat requests encouraged me to take it further and DJ professionally.

Today, I bring that same enthusiasm to every event. I enjoy getting to know what my customers want, reading the room and adapting the music throughout the night rather than simply working through a fixed playlist.

I’ve continued to develop my setup with professional sound, lighting and entertainment options, but the most important part has never changed – making sure people have a great time.

I have experience providing DJ entertainment for a wide range of celebrations, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties and private events.

Every event has helped me develop my ability to read a crowd, respond to requests and choose the right music to keep people enjoying themselves throughout the night.

I use professional DJ, sound and lighting equipment and continually develop my setup to offer customers even more, including karaoke, special effects, cold sparks, a Photo Booth and video options.

I’m reliable, well organised and take pride in preparing properly for every booking. My aim is simple – great music, a great atmosphere and a night people remember for all the right reasons.

I provide DJ entertainment for people who want their celebration to be fun, memorable and tailored to them and their guests.

My bookings include weddings, 18th and 21st birthdays, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, family celebrations and other private events.

I cater for a wide range of ages and musical tastes, from classic favourites through the decades to current music. I’m always happy to work with customers on their favourite songs and take requests from guests during the event.

Whether it’s a wedding reception, a big birthday celebration or simply an excuse for a great party, my aim is to create the right atmosphere and keep the dance floor moving.

DJ Alan Events is fully covered by Public Liability Insurance and I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.

I take a professional approach to every booking, using professional-quality sound, lighting and DJ equipment that is maintained and checked regularly.
