About DJ Smurf

With over 25 years of experience as a DJ and karaoke host, both in the UK and on the Costa del Sol, I can read a room well, making sure that your night is one that your friends and family will remember.

I have been a resident DJ at various biker pubs and rock/alternative music is my speciality, but I like all kinds of music and I am happy to take requests.

I have done all kinds of events from christenings to funerals and everything in between, including large festivals, weddings and corporate events.

My prices are very reasonable, I do this because I love music, not for the money. My goal is for you and your guests to have a great time.

I can offer other services such as illuminated letters/numbers, shimmer walls, uplighting, flower arrangements, audio guestbook, postbox and more.

Our Story

I have been a DJ for over 25 years. I have worked as a resident DJ at city center pubs, local village pubs and biker pubs. I have done all kinds of events from christenings to retirement events and everything in between. I have worked both in the UK and on the Costa del Sol I enjoy all kinds of music from heavy metal to trance. I have spent a lot of time and money making my set up sound and look great. I have a lot of equipment and can tailor the rig to your requirements. I can read a room, include your playlists and take requests. It's YOUR night, let me make it one to remember!

Our Team

Me and my partner, DJ Cooper, have both been in the industry for decades. We sometimes work individually and sometimes work as a team.

Experience

I have worked at motorcycle rallies, country pubs, high end hotels, busy karaoke bars in tourist areas of Spain. Nothing phases me. I can entertain anyone from ages 8 to 80.

Fantastic DJ

Friendly and easily contactable all the way up to the event. The sound and lighting were fantastic and Joanne herself was really easy going, helpful and great at what she does. It was great to see a DJ playing alternative music as requested for the party but who actually knew the music and was vibing along with us.I would definitely contact her again for future parties. Thank you
