Bring a taste of Italy to your event with our traditional Neapolitan wood-fired pizza van — serving freshly made pizzas, hand-stretched and cooked to perfection in our authentic wood-fired oven. Based in Wigan, we travel across the North West bringing mouthwatering, artisan pizza to markets, weddings, festivals, and private events.
Each pizza is made using our handcrafted dough, which is proofed to perfection over a 48-hour process, ensuring A* quality every time. Our pizzas cook in just 90 seconds in our roaring wood-fired oven, creating that signature light, crispy crust and unmistakable smoky flavour.
We pride ourselves on great service, a beautiful setup that adds atmosphere to any event, and food that everyone loves. With a 5⭐️ food hygiene rating, full public liability insurance, and all relevant certifications, you can book with total confidence.

Our Story
We are a small family-run business that built our van from scratch, starting with an empty shell, to what we have today. Our head chef, Adam, has 15 years of experience in the catering industry, starting as a pot washer and with his passion and drive, made his way up the ladder. He now has 9 years of experience as a chef specialising in Neapolitan wood fire pizzas, training and working alongside pizza chef Marco Fuso. Our sous chef Johnny is new to the catering industry; however, he has a wide variety of experience in different roles, giving him experience in running his own business. He has also trained under Marco Fuso pizza consultancy and has flourished under the guidance of Adam and becoming a pizza chef in his own right. The rest of our team is made up of our long-term partners who deal with the admin and management of the business. We truly are a family unit here at Dough Bros, and this business is our baby.
