A family run business serving it up the right way! We strive to please each and every customer who walks in the door. Try our Smoked Meat deli sandwiches, Burgers and Frankfurters.
The meat is tender, bold and cooked to perfection with a secret blend of spices. All of our sandwiches maintain that distinct smoked flavour, after being prepared by using traditional blends of herbs, marinated and vacuum packed to lock in the flavour. Brined and smoked to perfection, every piece of our meat is prepared with care to guarantee the trademark flavour and texture we are famous for.
Our main goal is to never forget why we started – To cook and serve the highest quality barbecue and smoked meats you’ve ever had! We follow tried n true BBQ traditions and work with local suppliers from the southwest & southeast UK.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
My staff loved the event. We have had several BBQ's at work and the guys have rated Dozzers as the best. Great quality food, salads and service. The team arrived on time and the setup was far more professional than we have been privileged to before from other suppliers. With 120 people to feed at varying intervals, the Dozzers team adjusted to our requirements. Will be using Dozzers again
