Hi, I'm Hannah, but most people call me Edgie, and I'm the proud owner of Edgie Eats!

Edgie Eats is an independent bakery based in Bristol making a variety of sweet treats and traybakes by hand, every week, for events, functions and our very own café in the heart of Bristol! We hand make all our bakes from scratch using local ingredients and can cater for any sweet occasion, from chocolate brownies at a birthday party to morning cinnamon rolls to three-tier wedding cakes to make your day extra special!

NEW FOR 2026: Following a successful summer, we're taking everything we know and love from our bakery and café on the road, bringing freshly baked cakes and delicious hot drinks straight to you in our new coffee trailer, perfectly sized and mobile for any event!

Our beautiful trailer serves speciality coffee roasted just down the road in Bristol, vibrant matcha, refreshing iced teas, creative fusion drinks and rich, indulgent hot chocolate, all paired with our famous handmade cakes and bakes. Think gooey brownies, blondies, rocky road and cinnamon buns baked fresh in our own bakery and served with a smile. We bring all our own equipment, coffee beans, cakes and savouries to suit whatever you would like!
