Elle Kate

I’m Elle, a freelance event manager and producer based in South Wales. I help organisations plan and deliver welcoming, well-run live events, with experience across festivals, outdoor arts, community events and family programmes.

I can support your event from early planning through to delivery: coordinating artists and suppliers, preparing schedules and event plans, liaising with venues and partners, and helping teams think through site access, safety, safeguarding and what to do if plans need to change. I’m practical, collaborative and used to working with creative teams, local partners and public-facing events.
