All of our recipes are inspired by food from a small village on the island of Flores. Our focus is on authentic dishes, impactful flavours, and unique tastes.

We are super versatile when it comes to the services we offer and can work to any specific brief, from small dinner parties/ supper clubs all the way to 1000 person events.

We have main dishes as well as smaller snack items and desserts on our menu (including the President's favourite!). At Enak, we strive to serve fresh, homemade Indonesian food staying true to the local cuisine, as well as to show people that vegan food doesn't have to mean compromising!
