We’re Fabionis a family run business based in Gloucestershire with a passion for great service, quality drinks, and unforgettable celebrations. What started as a small catering idea has grown into a full event experience, offering both our signature indoor bar and our beautiful mobile horsebox bar “Bonnie.”

Our Story

Fabioni’s is an award winning, family run business born from a shared passion for great food, drink and genuine hospitality. What began with our wood fired pizza oven soon expanded to include our two stunning bars, The elegant indoor bar and our vintage horsebox bar, Bringing a complete event experience to weddings, parties and corporate celebrations across the Cotswolds and beyond.

With years of experience in catering and events, we pride ourselves on friendly professionalism, quality drinks and creating a warm atmosphere where guests feel instantly at home.

Our two stunning bars, the handcrafted indoor bar and our stylish horsebox bar, Bonnie, have become firm favourites at weddings, private parties and corporate celebrations.
