Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started my business by working 70 hour weeks and saving as much as possible, so after a couple of years, I could put it all into following my goals in life. Having worked within the bar and restaurant industry since I was 15 years old, I have experience in every aspect of the business: from pot-washing and glass-collecting to waiter and bar staff work and going on to hold manager and chef positions. I have always been passionate about the bar industry and even attended the world's best bar school (European Bartender School) to get a better understanding and knowledge of the trade I am in.

The reason I started the business was to be able to provide people with a service that I would be happy to receive. I want people to be able to receive a service and product from someone who has a
real passion about the industry and has dedicated the majority of his life to gaining more knowledge and experience.
