After years working in award-winning restaurants, private dining, and as Head Chef at The Milestone, I wanted to create something more personal — food that brings people together without the fuss or formality. Fête Table was born from that idea: restaurant-quality food, made from scratch, brought directly to your celebration. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private party, every dish is designed to fit your taste, theme, and budget — with flavour, flair, and a touch of theatre.

With over a decade in professional kitchens, Sam’s background includes Michelin-level training, AA Rosette awards, and time as the personal chef to the Second Sea Lord in the Royal Navy. He’s since led restaurant kitchens, cooked at large-scale public events, and now brings that expertise to private and corporate catering across the UK.
