From Michelin Star to muddy field, our mission is to upgrade your Event, no matter how large or small. For us it's all about the food and enriching your clients' experience. Additionally, we have a range of complementary services which can further enhance your event. Based in the South East but operating nationally.
We don't compromise on the freshness, quality and provenance of the food we offer. We can cook delicious hot food in quirky and interesting units which include the hugely popular Wood Fired Pizza's, Loaded Hot Dogs & Nacho's and our in house Smoked and Pulled Meats. With a past in large scale sporting, cultural and music events such as The Open (golf), Brands Hatch, Cheltenham Racecourse, Saracens Rugby, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, 2015 Rugby World Cup, British Summer Time; to solutions for fixed sites, such as stately home cafes and golf club restaurants, to bespoke corporate events in prestigious locations, we now focus almost exclusively on small intimate events up to 200. That way we can control the quality and service to be impeccable.

Saved our wedding!
Chris well and truly saved our wedding when our caterer pulled out 9 days. He was immediately responsive and empathetic, listened to what we wanted and pulled it all together on ridiculously short notice. People still rave about the pizza two years on - it was unbelievable. And the burgers were perfect later. Chris was such a lovely man to work with as well. And his set up is great and looks so cool. He worked around all the rest of the plans that had been in place months before him. He was great with our guests and covered every dietary requirement (there were a lot!), no bother at all. Truly - for a one day supply he actually really made a mark on our lives and rescued the most wonderful day!
Very friendly service and prompt delivery.
A very easy experience for my daughters wedding. Despite electrical problems at the start, Chris sent someone out to fix it and these were sorted the same day. Great service and our champagne was beautifully chilled for the wedding!

Great service (even arriving an hour early), delicious pizza with lots of choice (Chris even catered for vegan guests who we didn't even know were vegan), everybody very impressed with the van! Thanks so much, would definitely recommend.
Lovely pizzas!
I booked MCB's for my summer event last week and they done amazingly well considering the amount of staff we have here! they made around 600 pizzas and everyone was pleased and happy with the quality of the food. Chris and his team worked very hard and they deserve a lot of credit! Thank you again!

Perfect for daughters al fresco 18th.
Delicious handmade pizza, prepared by a proper chef in a pretty trailer at a great price. We couldn't ask have asked for more. Chris is customer focussed and professional to the core. The trailer lights added greatly to the ambience after dark and Chris's prescence provided an element of low key supervision, we hadn't planned on, but was reassuring for us. Would definitely book again. Also clearing up was easy, no discarded or wasted food. Lots of compliments on the pizza, a real winner all round.

Chris was Amazing.It was 32 degrees and he cooked the most amazing Pizza for our guests in that heat! The food was excellent, our guests are still talking about it. The horse Box was such fun, so clean. Everything about Chris and the catering could not have been better, It certainly made our party. Thanks Chris we will definitely be booking you again and Congratulations for running a great catering company and making mine and our guests day amazing. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would! Also I nearly forgot The Prosecco, lovely and chilled, all fab, anyone reading this review don’t think twice, you’ll love it!
