We are a mobile micro bakery with an Italian twist.

We focus on pizza romana (Roman pizza by the slice) focaccias, focaccia sandwiches and sweetbakes.

We also offer fine dining experiences. Before becoming a Baker I have been and are a chef and have been trained at the prestigious Gambero Rosso school in Rome.

Therefore we offer culinary experiences and can cater for all needs and allergies.
