The best hog roast ever so tasty

Dan provided an AMAZING hog roast for my husbands 50th birthday party and everyone was bowled over with the food. All I can say best pork crackling EVER. Dan was so helpful and so lovely and a number of our guests have asked for his details as they were so impressed, which I am more than happy to give. Thanks Dan so much for making everyone so happy and so full, especially over-coming the horrendous weather at the start!

Dan arrived early, his food was excellent with everyone of the 50+guests said how much they enjoyed it - ‘so tender’. He was polite, very friendly and provided all the little extras which surprised many. The whole day went as planned. I would recommend him without reservation.

Dan is absolutely brilliant - super easy to communicate with in advance, extremely friendly & knowledgeable- and in person such a lovely bloke!!
He was professional plus - turned up bang on time with delicious food that everyone commented on (got set up in the garden with zero questions/ fuss) - and made everyone laugh/ happy with his delicious food all night. He was meticulous with a friend who has allergies - detailed on a form and then talked through with her on the night. SOOO many people commented how fantastic the food was. He really made the party. We will definitely be booking him again (as am sure our friends will in the future). 150% recommend. Professional, personable, brilliant chef and great company. Book Dan for your party!

Wow, absolutely amazing, Dan was fantastic, very friendly & helpful. The hog roast was delicious & the Asian Slaw with rice noodles was to die for, also had herby roasted baby new potatoes & the tomato, basil & mozzarella salad & everything was beautiful, fresh & prepared on site. Couldn't fault a thing, 85 guests & everyone commented how great the food was. Lots of guests asked for fans details too !!!

Would recommend 110% no matter what the occasion.
