Grill & Fry Station is a Corby-based mobile street-food business bringing freshly cooked, generous comfort food to festivals, corporate events, birthdays, private celebrations and wedding evening receptions.

Our menu includes smash burgers, Southern Fried Chicken, premium sausage hot dogs, loaded fries, children’s options and homemade brownies, with a distinctive Eastern European influence.

We hold a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating, £5 million public liability insurance and the required safety documentation. We provide friendly, reliable service and can tailor a focused menu to suit the event and expected number of guests.

Grill & Fry Station grew from my love of the food I most enjoy cooking and sharing. Originally from Transylvania and now based in Corby, I combine familiar British street-food favourites with flavours inspired by my Eastern European background.

I started the business to create something personal rather than simply copy another takeaway menu. Every product has been selected, tested and developed by me, from our smash burgers and homemade sauces to fried cheese and traditional mici. My aim is simple: generous, freshly cooked food served with genuine care.

Grill & Fry Station launched in 2024 and has already built practical experience through regular pub trading and busy local community events in Corby. We have successfully served both everyday customers and larger event crowds whilst maintaining freshly cooked food and friendly service.

A key early achievement was receiving a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating. We continue to develop our menu and service based on genuine customer feedback and experience from each event.

We currently serve customers at pub pitches and local community events. Our mobile setup is also well suited to festivals, corporate and workplace events, birthdays, sports days, private outdoor celebrations and relaxed wedding evening receptions.

We work best with clients looking for freshly cooked, filling street food served directly from a professional mobile catering van. Menus can be tailored to the event type, guest numbers and service time.

Grill & Fry Station is registered as a mobile food business with North Northamptonshire Council and holds a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating.

We have £5 million public liability insurance, current gas safety and PAT testing documentation, a written risk assessment and established food safety and allergen-management procedures.
