We cater for Halal, non‑Halal, vegan, gluten‑free, and pescatarian guests. We do not serve pork products, as our BBQs are multi‑purpose and we maintain strict standards of separation. Dedicated equipment is used for vegan, GF, and specialist dietary needs to ensure safety and quality.
Our setup includes drum BBQs, fuelled by restaurant‑grade charcoal and flavoured wood, giving every dish that authentic, smoky depth. All bookings are fully covered by indemnity and public liability insurance, and we accept both cash and card payments. Rain or shine, we show up, set up, and deliver a memorable experience for you and your guests.

Brilliant service great set up and lovely guy!

WOW! Jahvan and his team were amazing and did not disappoint with the food. The jerk chicken and burgers were delicious and popular with the crowd. Their set up was so professional and great to have a live BBQ at the event. We will definitely have them back again!

As I hadn't used them before, I was initially nervous about using these caterers, but my worries faded very quickly. Communication before and during the event was excellent, service was top-notch, and the food was plentiful and high quality. Guests had more than enough to eat, and many took leftovers home, which showed how much they enjoyed the meal. I highly recommend this catering service, and I would definitely use them again. I contacted Jahvan and his team last minute as our original chef which was booked come down with gastroenteritis and a virus so I had to find a chef last minute days before my wedding.I was so stressed as it was our big day and we are fussy eaters.He created a great menu , and all my guests thoroughly enjoyed the food the lamp chops were exceptional.I didn't expect him to be wearing chefs attire. Honestly could not be happier thankyou so much
