With 25 years experience of running events, big and small, I can help make yours a success. Whether it is a half day workshop for 10, a week-long international conference for 500, a festival or a film premiere, I can run it for you.
I work with you to create a bespoke event that will meet your needs and hopefully exceed your expectations. I provide full project management from start to finish at a sensible price.
I've run: Week long international conferences for 600+ delegates spread across multiple venues running parallel sessions UK and international conferences for 100+ delegates which incorporate innovative networking events such as sledging, igloo building segue tours, perfume making, torch-lit mountain walks, boat trips, treasure hunts etc. Smaller workshops from 10-80 people both in the UK and abroad. Festivals for two Cambridge Colleges for 1500+ people Film premieres Awards evenings & launch events Weddings & parties.
I have a wealth of experience in sourcing international venues and in running innovative events that ensure your delegates/guests are engaged and entertained.
I'm experienced with liaising with marquee companies, sound and lighting engineers, catering teams, printers and delegate management. I am also able to create websites and design brochures, delegate books and marketing materials and run marketing campaigns which ensure your event is a success.
I am also used to being called in to "save" events when things aren't going quite to plan.
I am calm and unflappable in a crisis...and believe me, I've dealt with a lot of unexpected events from delegate deaths to serious fraud!
