Any Menu... Anywhere... Any Number... No kitchen? No problem!
Any Menu - we offer a wide range of food options from streetfood to banqueting, festival style to formal dining, self serve to full table service. And we do it well!
Anywhere - A venue, your home, a field, a wood, a barn - we don't need power, water, kitchen facilities, we can turn up to a marquee in a field and serve a three or four course meal to around 400 guests, or streetfood to a teepee wedding, or a carvery in a venue without kitchen facilities, fish & chips as a work place treat, a full Christmas Dinner served either from our mobile kitchen trailer or from one of our wheeled hot serveries inside your premises. We make what your thought was not possible at your event possible.
Any Number - Small intimate gatherings of 25 to 2,500 needing feeding at a corporate family fun day over a few hours. 11,000 portions over 8 days of crew catering has been our largest job to date, but we're most commonly catering weddings of 80 - 250 guests over multiple courses for the Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception.
We cater for weddings, celebrations, corporate hospitality & family fun days and private functions to clients across the East Midlands and beyond. We also use lamb, beef and goat from our family farm for roasting, barbequing and carvery's which we can serve alongside our range of homemade sides and salads.
From field to fork we guarantee full trace ability and quality, slowly reared pork for succulent meat with awesome crackling. Our hog roasts are among the best.
Typical Clients
We regularly cater at all types of functions from weddings to corporate family fun days, celebrations, workplace treats, location and crew catering. Quality and taste is what we're based around with locally sourced ingredients and meat from our family farm.
We have a number of setups to suit different catering venues - we can turn up in a field off grid and feed a table service 5 course meal to 300-400 diners, or varying menus to a festival style teepee wedding or marquee, or serve within a barn or building, or make use of a commercial kitchen if available, or cook offsite and serve only onsite.
Hog, lamb & goat roasts - full service or hire the spit roast equipment to have a go yourself. We can also deliver a HotHog expertly roasted by us and delivered to you ready to carve and serve.

Lovely addition to a lovely day
Recently used Keythorpe for my birthday party. They were very helpful and friendly on the day. All of our guests commented on how lovely and tender the food was, the crackling was superb. Communication was sometimes a little slow but that is expected from a small family-run business. We would recommend them for a garden party.
A perfect day with awesome food
We organised. Great get together for the community and the Hog Roast was superb. Adam was totally responsive to our needs and willing to give a flexible service to suit the demands of the event. The hog was delicious and with advice we were able to serve the guests who were able to come back for more. I will certainly repeat the event next year once we've planned the dates. Thank you

Used this supplier for our evening wedding reception. Communication beforehand was excellent and very helpful.
All our guests loved the hog roast. The pork was delicious and so was the crackling. There was plenty of food to go round.

We booked Keythorpe Event Catering & Hog Roasts for the first time and wasn't disappointed. The service was fantastic, clean, professional and lovely food. We had the pizza and apple crumble for dessert. Very easy to book and a friendly welcoming service.

The Hog was excellent!!!
We ordered a 30kg pig which was plenty for our Stag of 20. All the boys absolutely loved it and enjoyed being able to carve the hog themselves. We also had the buns, apple sauce and stuffing to accompany the hog. Would strongly recommend and feel it was great value for feeding our large group. Juicy, succulent Hog!! Would 10000% order again!

Very Helpful! Wonderful Food!
Keythorpe were wonderful! We were searching for local, ethically-sourced, affordable catering for our wedding and they ticked all the boxes! They were really helpful and worked with our budget and requests, making changes to their menu and introducing new side dishes at our request! They worked well with our venue and were very helpful and friendly on the day. They are a busy, family-run company so communication by email was sometimes a little slow but they were always very helpful and arranged everything we needed in plenty of time! All of our guests commented on how lovely the food was and they helped to make our day really special, even catering for guests with a variety of dietary requirements. We would definitely recommend them!
Truly fantastic
After our previous caterer let us down weeks before the wedding, Adam and his wife stepped in and gave us a perfect meal and evening hog roast. Delicious food and friendly staff. Everybody commented on how lovely the food was! Highly recommended!
