Growing up immersed in Korean Drama, Music and Cuisine, the sisters’ love for Korean Fried Chicken naturally became their inspiration. Recognising a gap in the market for high-quality fried chicken paired with housemade sauces, pickles and fresh veggies, they started on their flavourful venture.
Sisters’ commitment to sustainable sourcing shines through their menu, featuring housemade pickles, a bounty of seasonal, local and organic produce. It’s a testament to their belief in nourishing both body and soul.
While Chhabi brings a wealth of experience from renowned kitchens across London, curating an exceptional menu with finesse, Gita’s knack for networking and front-of-house management propels Nimtoh’s street food and catering endeavours to new heights. Together, they form a formidable team driving Nimtoh’s success.
What started as a humble takeaway unit in Hounslow has blossomed into a multi-faceted enterprise. Nimtoh now boasts a takeaway restaurant in the heart of East Molesey which is also their HQ and main production house, alongside street food stalls gracing London’s vibrant food scene. Their expertise extends to catering private events and office lunches, reflecting their dedication to excellence.
