I have been passionate about butchery since leaving school, and I’ve built my career around providing quality meats and memorable experiences for my community. I currently run a successful butcher’s shop in Wickham, Hampshire, where we take pride in sourcing and preparing the finest produce.

Ten years ago, I expanded our offerings by introducing hog roast services under Meon Valley Butchers. The positive response from customers and the numerous event opportunities inspired me to focus more on catering, and eventually, we established it as a separate business. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of catering a wide range of events, from weddings and garden parties to community gatherings delivering delicious food and creating memorable moments.

My love for the craft, combined with the joy of bringing people together through food, keeps me motivated. I draw inspiration from the vibrant local community and the many events we’re fortunate to be part of, such as Winchester Round Table Fireworks and Taste of Wickham every year.
