Near and Far Coffee Bar is a Farnham based mobile Coffee Bar run by an amazing team from our charming 1920’s horse-box, named Vera Lynn.
We are “event people”, and with over a decade of event management experience across the team, we specialise in delivering professional drinks services for everything from shop launches, weddings, parties and corporate events, to large-scale public events such as light switch-ons, firework displays, festivals and concerts — including filming days, location recces and production-led events for film, TV and media companies.
We are passionate about providing excellent service and incredible tasting drinks at every sip!...that’s why before starting our business we spent 2 years sourcing the best coffee we could find to serve our Customers!
We are proud to use delicious freshly roasted 100% Arabica Beansas well as serving award winning specialty teas and deluxe hot chocolates!
We are passionate about taking every Customer that orders with us on a taste journey so once you have enjoyed your brew you can also enjoy mouth-watering treats such as pastries, sausage rolls, Vegan Treats, Gluten free treats, brownies and cookies!
Please Note:
We are a fully self-sufficient, off-grid mobile unit with our own power source.
Unit size: under 10m (L) x 2.20m (W) x 2.60m (H).
Setup time is approx. 1 hour, often quicker depending on the service.
As a mobile unit, we can move between multiple locations in one day if required.
We attend events with 100+ guests only.
We must be the exclusive coffee/drinks provider.
A minimum spend applies to cover staffing, travel, prep, and catering — details discussed on enquiry.

Amazing service and coffee, thoroughly recommended
Near and Far coffee van was amazing for our post wedding « Recovery Sunday ». We had a prep call and they were very honest about our needs and the pastries most likely to be the favorites. They arrived on time and the coffee was really good, exactly what we needed! We would not hesitate to recommend Matt and Lissie!
Did exactly what we needed with a smile
We needed a friendly, cool coffee & cake truck for the launch of our development. They turned up in plenty of time for the event, served about 75 guests in the 2 hour slot we asked for and left promptly leaving everyone with a smile on their faces.
Staff Coffee Van Treat
Near and Far were fantastic! They set up quickly and had lots on offer. The Biscoff Hot Chocolate was a staff favourite!
Wonderful experience
Matt and Lissie have been wonderful.to work with at our recent event..we used them for our school swimming gala. Their barista drinks and food offerings were varied and delicious. Their services were so popular with the parents we have been asked to have near and far coffee bar to a regular pitch at our school. We look forward to having a successful partnership in the future. X
