HOG ROAST SERVICES
Fully Catered Option – Delivery of a hog roaster, gas, gazebo, serving table and cloth, serving dishes, one cooked pig, crackling, homemade apple sauce, napkins, homemade sage and onion stuffing (v), fresh local bakery bread rolls (v), staff to carve and serve, quick and tidy clear down.
Self-Carve and Serve – Delivery of a hog roaster, gas, gazebo, serving table and cloth, serving dishes, one cooked pig, crackling, homemade apple sauce, napkins, homemade sage and onion stuffing (v), fresh local bakery bread rolls (v) and pick up collection after the event.
Cooked Drop Off – Delivery of a roaster, gas, gazebo, serving table and cloth, serving dishes, one cooked pig, crackling and pick up collection after the event.
Pig and Roaster (DIY) – Delivery of a hog roaster, gas, gazebo, one raw prepped pig, a lesson on using the machine and safety, pick up collection after the event.
Catering for Smaller Events 20 – 50 people – We can provide a half hog for smaller events with all the above options.
We also provide Summer BBQ’s, Finger Buffets, Fork Buffets and Salads for events and weddings across many venues.
