Attended a party, excellent communication in advance, arrived on time (last minute asked to arrive earlier) and easy to settle up with card. Kids and adults loved it!

Tastiest Ice Cream and Friendliest Service!
Noviellos ice cream is the creamiest, softest and tastiest ever! This was commented on by all who tried it... Chris is one of the most genuinely friendly people I have met and his hygiene standards are first class. This is the 2nd time we have used Noviellos and we will continue to book them for our future events. Heavenly ice creams!! There were over 200 in attendance and Chris was on time, he has the patience of a saint and people were talking about the whipped ice cream well into the next week.
