Oh Crumbs! Coffee is a veteran-led mobile catering business serving high-quality barista coffee, hot drinks, breakfast baps and a selection of hot food such as burgers and hot dogs at events, festivals, sports venues and community gatherings.

Our distinctive black and yellow catering trailers provide a professional, self-contained setup, with a strong focus on friendly service, quality products and efficient event operation. We are fully insured and operate in accordance with all relevant food hygiene, health and safety and event requirements.

Our brand ethos, “Brewed by the Brave”, reflects our roots in the Armed Forces and emergency services, and we are proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant.

Oh Crumbs! Coffee started from a simple idea: to build something of our own that brings people together over good coffee and good food.

Our background is rooted in the Armed Forces and emergency services, where reliability, teamwork and looking after people are second nature. After years working in demanding frontline environments, we wanted to take those values and build a business that felt positive, welcoming and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

That became Oh Crumbs! Coffee.

We’re passionate about creating a great experience for customers, whether we’re serving coffee at a corporate event, breakfast at a sporting fixture or feeding a crowd at a festival. We take pride in turning up prepared, looking professional and being the kind of trader that organisers can rely on.

Our “Brewed by the Brave” ethos reflects where we’ve come from, but the business is really about where we’re going: building a strong, people-focused brand that serves great products, supports events and creates opportunities for others from military and emergency service backgrounds along the way.

We bring many years of experience across events, hospitality, the Armed Forces and emergency services, giving us a strong understanding of what both customers and event organisers need from a reliable catering supplier.

Alongside running Oh Crumbs! Coffee, Daniel has extensive experience planning and managing live events, including festivals, community events and large public gatherings. This has involved everything from event planning and licensing through to safety, security, trader coordination, logistics and on-the-day event management. Having worked on both sides of the fence—as an organiser and as a trader—we understand how important it is for suppliers to arrive prepared, communicate properly and make life easier for the event team.

Since launching Oh Crumbs! Coffee, we have developed from an idea into a fully equipped mobile catering business, secured regular venue and event work, expanded our food and drink offering and invested in a dedicated branded catering trailer. We are also proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant.

Our biggest milestone has been building a business that combines genuine events experience with a strong customer-facing brand. We know that great catering is only part of the job—being dependable, professional and easy to work with is just as important.

We provide mobile coffee and catering for a wide range of events, from community and sporting events through to festivals, corporate functions and private bookings.

Our typical work includes music and food festivals, rugby and football fixtures, school and community events, Christmas markets, fireworks displays, corporate wellbeing days, staff appreciation events and larger public events.

We are equally comfortable supporting a small local event or working as part of a larger multi-trader site. Because we also have experience organising and managing events ourselves, we understand the importance of good communication, arriving prepared, working within site rules and keeping queues moving during busy periods.

Our clients include event organisers, sports clubs, schools, businesses, charities and community organisations looking for a reliable, professional catering supplier with a distinctive brand and friendly service.
