Angela Swinbank owns Parklands Catering. With a HND in Hotel Management, and nearly thirty years working in catering to her name, Angela produces quality food for any event.
Her previous work includes everything from private dining experiences for 8 people, to extravagant three-course wedding breakfasts for 200 people. Parklands Catering is known for its corporate and party buffet-style catering abilities, with many businesses trusting Parklands to deliver high-quality, appealing meals for corporate events and business lunches. There is no doubt that homemade cakes and desserts are a favourite to customers, a leading favourite being black forest cake and sticky toffee pudding. Tasteful desserts are provided by Parklands Catering to hotels and restaurants in the region.
All produce is made within the kitchen of the adjoining business of Parklands Coffee Shop, situated near Northallerton. All food is made freshly onsite each day by Angela and her small team of skilled staff members. Only the best quality ingredients are used, with local produce used wherever possible.
