The UK's only Mini Countryman coffee pop-up. We serve exceptional, speciality-grade coffee from a local roaster who delivers high on quality and ethics.

Born out of a redundancy from my job as a product designer, I started Pascal’s to pursue my passion for top-notch coffee. I converted my beloved Mini into a fully equipped, mobile coffee shop - capable of producing drinks at high volumes.

Our nimble setup allows us to set things up quickly, requires minimal space and most importantly, means we can offer our services at competitive prices. We are fully self-sufficient and carry everything we need to trade, including water and electricity. Our focus is on delivering exceptional coffee at a fair price with fantastic customer service.

We can cater to all types of events including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, markets, festivals, film sets and more.
