PB Retro DJ

Run by husband & wife team Paul & Karen, our favourite music was made during the second part of the last century. PB Retro DJ is primarily aimed at the older audiences who were there to enjoy it first time around.

Paul has a wealth of experience bringing music to people over many years as a musician, singer, radio presenter and of course, DJ. Karen looks after everything while Paul is providing the music. From dealing with requests to dishing out the inflatable instruments and everything in between. You're in safe hands.

Enjoy 50s rock n roll, 60s pop & beat music, 70s glam rock & disco, 80s electro, new romantic & dance and into the 90s, we've got all your favourite songs covered. Enjoy a night of pure nostalgia, reliving the music and those dance moves of yesteryear.

The BEST sound
Have you ever been to a party where the music was just TOO LOUD and it was difficult to hold a conversation with other guests, no matter where in the room you were?

PB Retro put great importance on the sound quality and sensible volume of the music we play. It will be loud enough on the dance floor but if you want to chat with others, we'll ensure the volume is comfortable elsewhere in the room.

Besides the music
We will carry out any announcements you require on the night & our microphones will be available to you for speeches & your own announcements. Just let us know in advance.

Pricing
Our charges are based on various factors - size of venue/audience, duration & sometimes the distance we have to travel.

Beyond Retro
PB Retro's remit is to play music from the 1950s into the 1990s. However, we do carry a library of music post 2000 so we can include a few newer tunes on request.
