Our Story
Stuart has a career which spans over 30 years. Starting out in Scotland’s finest restaurants and boutique hotels, he soon progressed to luxury ski chalets & super yachts and then finally to the privileged position of private chef to a list of celebrities, a Middle Eastern King and several VIPs, in some of the world's most exclusive private properties and estates
Stuart now brings his vast experience to his resident Sussex and into London and the Home Counties

Experience
Having trained at multi-AA rosette and Michelin establishments, Stuart has a keen eye for detail and likes to use the finest fresh, organic ingredients wherever possible. He believes that shopping locally and seasonally is best, and he has based his whole cooking ethos on this
He is highly experienced and has a huge culinary repertoire, which includes Modern British, Classic French, Spanish, Mediterranean, Lebanese, Italian, Thai, Sushi and Sashimi, Indian, Latin and American cuisines
Stuart has a good understanding of a variety of special diets, having previously worked with gluten-free, ayurvedic, vegan, Kosher, halal low fat, low carb, low sugar, high fibre, fortified menus and many more.
