From loading and transport to positioning equipment and solving problems on site, Jon supports Louise every step of the way. He is usually the first one in and the last one out. Pete Smith The Help's Help Pete has been part of the wider family team for 14 years, working across various roles in the family's other businesses. At RL Events, he is a steady pair of hands and a familiar face on site. Pete is normally found wherever Jon is, helping with setup, pack down, and whatever needs doing to keep the event moving. Stacey Gadke The Glitz and Glam Stacey brings the glitz and glam to the Noir Bar and helps it look the part at every event. She supports the bar operation, presentation, and guest experience, with an eye for styling and detail. Stacey is a key part of making the bar feel polished and premium, especially for weddings and special celebrations. Ciaran Cowell The Future Boss Ciaran is the eldest son and has been involved in events since he was 14. He has learned the ropes over the years and brings a calm, helpful presence to each job. Ciaran supports across setup and guest-facing moments, with a clear focus on customer service. He takes pride in making sure people feel welcomed and looked after. Georgia Hart The Future Boss' real boss Georgia supports Ciaran across events and is often the friendly first point of contact for guests and visitors.
