Hi, I'm Vicky, the owner of Rovistica Horsebox Bar.

With over 20 years of experience in customer-facing, retail, pharmacy and management roles, looking after people has always been a big part of my working life. I've always loved meeting new people, creating a welcoming atmosphere and making sure people have a great experience.

Alongside this, I've developed a real passion for mixology and creating great-tasting drinks. I love experimenting with flavours, curating my own cocktails and putting my own modern twist on much-loved classics – whilst still appreciating the drinks that have stood the test of time.

Rovistica was born from my desire to combine my love of people with my passion for great drinks, creating something that can be part of the special moments people remember for years to come.

For me and my team, it's not just about serving drinks. It's about creating a fun, friendly and memorable bar experience, with beautifully presented drinks, great service and plenty of personality.

I'm so excited to bring Rovistica to weddings, parties and events and hopefully raise a glass with you soon!

Our converted horsebox bar gives you the freedom to create your perfect alfresco wedding, birthday or anniversary party, corporate event or festival, wherever you choose – whether that's a beautiful country barn, a field surrounded by countryside, or even your parents' back garden. It can be used fully off-grid!

From Champagne toasts and elegant signature cocktails to festival vibes, rodeo hoedowns and everything in between, we love creating a bar experience that feels completely you.

I hold a Personal Alcohol Licence, which allows my team and I to serve alcohol legally. I can also apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) when required, which can enable the sale of alcohol at venues without a premises licence. This is perfect for unusual and off-grid venues.
