Amazing, everybody comment how good this was , and would have this again 10/10

Credit where credit is due, from the initial booking to clearing away Mark was fantastic. I never had to wait long for a response to any questions or menu change and he was always at the end of a phone. We chose a barbecue with four choices of meats and a selection of salads. We agreed a time to start serving, the food was ready on the dot and tasted absolutely delicious. The meat was all top quality - definitely not your cheap bulk buy and all the salads were homemade. We also requested gf foods for some of our guests and our needs were met. We would highly Rustic Roast and will definitely be using him again. Great smashed burgers !!! I cannot fault the organisation, communication or food. Great BBQ, salads were lovely and desserts were amazing. Mark arrived, set up, cooked and served for over 40 people and took all the hard work out for us. So many compliments on the food, it was delicious! Then all cleaned up and cleared away for the party to continue. Great service and value, I would thoroughly recommend! Thank you for making it a night to remember!

I have not had a hog roast service for a staff party before as we always opt for a BBQ however that will change from now on. Mark was fantastic and the food was fantastic.
