As every wedding is different, we are flexible in our approach. It's your wedding.
Let us be there to help guide you through the preparations before your big day leaving you without the stress on the day.
This service is priced per hour with a min of 6 hours required or this service can be added to the options listed below if more staff are required
Event Manager
For all your event management needs, we have a dedicated team of professionals to manage your event, taking all the stress away from you. We arrive early for setting up the event and have the skills to manage every aspect necessary.

Bar & Waiting Staff
We can offer you dedicated bar or waiting staff to assist with your function, so it runs smoothly on the day.
From front of house staff to event teams we have the right staff for you, let us take the stress out of your event.

Security & Stewards
We can offer you dedicated SIA security staff & stewards to assist with your function, so it runs smoothly on the day. We have years of experience and have the right person for your event who will go above and beyond to make your function safe and enjoyable.

Absolutely brilliant!
Richard and the team were absolutely brilliant. The communication before our wedding was super, he made sure we were completely on the same page and all bases were covered. On the wedding day, they were incredibly attentive and on the ball. If a job needed doing, they’d already done it before you could ask. The compliments and positive feedback about SA events from our guests were also 5 star. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Brilliant
SA events ( Richard and his family) were hired to Set up and serve afternoon tea at our daughters wedding. From the moment we first contacted them to the end of service the communication was fantastic. It was the one thing I didn't worry about! Richards is extremely knowledgeable and made many useful suggestions. On the day they arrived early, were friendly towards everyone and went out of their way to ensure everyone was happy. They laid up the tea stands, kept tea pots filled and served our 60+ guests. After service they cleared away, washed up and crated all our china. As our time schedule slipped a little ( not their fault) they even stayed half an hour late just to ensure everything was completed before they left.

SA Events recently provided waiting staff for our wedding in Norwich. The communication prior to the big day was super - they were thorough in asking how they could help us and we felt confident that everything would be handled exactly how we wanted it. On the day itself, we could not have been happier. The team worked tirelessly throughout the afternoon and evening, were communicative throughout, and everything ran so smoothly! We were so pleased with the service they provided. They were proactive and our caterers said they were an amazing team to work with. We can’t thank SA Events enough for contributing to our wedding day and making us feel so at ease. Thank you!
Excellent and professional service
We had Richard and his team to help set up and serve at our son's wedding last week. We could not recommend them more highly. They were thoughtful and attentive to our plan and our needs, and went above and beyond. They worked so hard to make the place look beautiful, and everything was served with care and style, and all the details were attended to. They were unfailingly friendly and helpful and their communication was excellent. They helped keep us on track throughout the day, and they helped the whole day run so smoothly. We are very happy and satisfied customers, and we hope to be able to work withy them again one day!
