Snookie's is a fleet of bold, pink, personality packed mobile coffee and cake units, serving speciality coffees, loaded hot chocolates, and our famously quirky homemade bakes, stuffed brownies, cookie pies and cakes you won’t find anywhere else. Our branding turns heads, our treats win hearts, and our team brings the good vibes wherever we park up.
The dream started years ago, when a candle making hobby unexpectedly turned into a business featured in British Vogue, Cosmopolitan and stocked in John Lewis. With a background in coffee and a lifelong obsession with running a mobile unit, Snookie’s naturally evolved into the coffee cake & candle combo it is today.
Five years later, we’ve grown into five fully customised mobile units that brighten events, clubs and venues across the UK. Everything we do is powered by creativity, determination, and a team who put their whole heart into every cup and every slice.
Snookies isn’t just coffee and cake, it’s fun, it’s different, and it’s made with passion from day one. ☕️

Our Story
I’m driven by creativity, community, and the joy of sharing something I’ve poured my heart into.
Whether that’s a great coffee, a loaded hot chocolate, or a quirky homemade cake.
My journey started when I lost my job working on superyachts during the pandemic. With my last £200, I bought a candle-making kit, and that small spark grew into a business featured in British Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and stocked in John Lewis.
But my passion for coffee and cake began much earlier. From the age of 10, I was running the kitchen at my local sailing club, and later working at Costa, where I learned the foundations of great coffee. I always dreamed of having my own mobile unit, something fun and unique and that dream eventually became Snookies.
Today, we have a fleet of five colourful, quirky mobile coffee and cake units, serving speciality coffees, loaded hot chocolates, and creative homemade bakes. What inspires me is seeing how passion, hard work, and determination can turn a tough moment into something truly special and sharing that joy with our customers every day.

Could not ask for more
We booked one of their vans for my wife's wake. What was an incredibly difficult time was made just that little bit easier by Laura and her mum. They made everything easy and filled me with confidence from the beginning. They arrived today in plenty of time, quickly providing some 40 guests with much needed hot drinks following the funeral and burial. The coffee was really lovely but the hot chocolate in particular proved very, very popular with children and adults alike. I could not recommend this business more highly and will be using them again at my daughter's wedding. Thank you Laura.
