Siren’s Amphora is a small, independent drinks company with a passion for storytelling, sustainability, and exceptional flavour. We specialise in running a premium bar experience at markets, festivals, and private events, offering something truly different for curious drinkers.

Athena Gin: A small-batch craft gin inspired by Greek mythology and Mediterranean botanicals. Distilled with Sicilian lemon, fennel, and olive, it’s a smooth, savoury gin that pairs beautifully with Mediterranean tonic and green olives. Bold, fresh, and rooted in nature.

ElixSea Wines : Underwater Aged Collection, These rare wines are first matured in Priorat, one of Spain’s most prestigious wine regions, before being aged under the sea in the Balearic Sea. This process not only enhances the wine’s flavour but supports ocean regeneration by creating artificial reefs that protect and nurture marine life.
