Slightly Unusual can provide either close up magic or a full grand illusion show. With close up magic your performer moves from table to table amazing your guests with stunning sleight of hand miracles. Slightly Unusual are the current British Magical Society close up magicians of the year and have appeared on both ITV1 and Sky TV.
If you want something truly spectacular you might want to book Slightly Unusual's multi award winning grand illusion show that has been designed from the ground up specifically for events. They perform large scale grand illusions mixed with laugh out loud comedy. The show is very interactive and every member of the audience gets involved all the way through. In 2013 The Stage Newspaper described the act as "The Speciality Act of the Decade". Absolutely great!
Steve arrived early, was very courteous and we chatted through how the 2 hour magic would play out. Everyone was mesmerised as he walked around and stopped little groups of people to perform. As we had a mixed aged crowd he had to be versatile and he most certainly was, the children were so excited.

Thank you so much to Craig and the team for a fantastic afternoon’s entertainment. We had 80 staff at our company’s 30th birthday celebrations and they loved the mix and mingle magic and illusion show. We booked the Slightly Unusual team fairly last minute and they completely blew our expectations out of the water! Feedback from staff included it being the best company event they had ever attended. Thank you for making us all laugh until our faces hurt and for preforming some mind boggling illusions! If you’re thinking of booking these guys - do it!

Brilliant…still being talked about
Alex was superb, appealing to a wide range of ages from 11 to 80. Guests are still talking about his magic days later . Well worth the money and it was such a good ice breaker to link different groups of guests and get them talking despite them not knowing each other.

Roman was absolutely amazing! He wowed our guests and we are certain this will be an event they will never forget. We cannot recommend slightly unusual enough! You do not need to look elsewhere. If you are looking at something that will have your guests talking for years to come then Roman is the one! Not only was he spectacular he was one of the most genuine people we have met. He kept us informed right up until the day via email and even contacted us just before the event to finalise all the details. This personal touch was really appreciated.
