About Somewhere Nice

Somewhere Nice is an independent mobile coffee trailer built around good drinks, friendly service and creating a genuinely nice experience for people.

We serve a mix of coffee, matcha, tea, hot chocolate, iced drinks and sweet treats, with menus that can be tailored to suit the event. We can attend everything from private parties and weddings to corporate events, brand activations, wellbeing events, markets and community days.

We also offer freshly made bottled drinks, including iced coffees, matcha, chai, iced chocolate and refreshing iced teas. Available to pre-order with a minimum of 10 bottles, they're a great option for offices, meetings, events and gatherings where a full coffee setup isn't needed. Collection and local delivery are available.

The trailer has a warm, nostalgic feel and is designed to be more than just somewhere to grab a drink. Good service and making people feel welcome are a huge part of what we do.

Based in South London and available for events across London, Surrey and surrounding areas.

Our Story

Somewhere Nice started with a simple idea: to create a place where people can enjoy good drinks, feel welcome and have a genuinely nice experience.

My love for coffee and customer service actually began when I worked in coffee shops. I loved making drinks, getting to know regular customers and being part of those little moments in people's days. It's something that's always stayed with me, and I've wanted to open my own coffee shop ever since.

After spending several years working in content creation and digital marketing, I decided it was time to finally pursue that dream. In 2025, I bought an old 1970s trailer and began transforming it into Somewhere Nice.

What inspires me most is the sense of community that a good coffee shop can create. I want Somewhere Nice to be more than just somewhere to grab a drink. I want people to feel genuinely welcome, enjoy what they're drinking and leave feeling a little better than when they arrived.

My long-term dream is to open a Somewhere Nice coffee shop in Croydon, where I'm from, and eventually grow the business into something much bigger. For now, I'm building that dream one drink and one event at a time.
