About Soul and Spoon

We believe food should do more than just fill you up. it should lift your spirits, bring back memories and leave you amazed.

Soul and Spoon is made with care, culture and community in mind. We cater & are trained in several cuisines including; Asian, Italian, English, French & Caribbean. We are proud of our 4.8* stars on google reviews! Just type soulandspoon ,all one word into google.

From birthdays to Corporate lunches we cover it all. If there is a dish you would like but don't see it on our online menu, we are happy to speak with you and try to accommodate. We are a very versatile group.

Please note we do not operate on (Sundays,Mondays/Tuesdays), however if it is essential that you have one of these specific days. we will need 2 weeks notice minimum please.

setups may include; Full decoration of the food stations, in line with the theme of your event. -heated displays ( chaffing dishes, grills/hot plates, heat lamps, pizza/crepe station) -cocktail towers -plated dinners -buffet style -takeaway containers for guests -balloons, dry ice, flowers. -Dessert/cocktail/Pizza/gelato station for guests to enjoy at your event.

Our Story

Ever since I was young cooking has been my passion. In my early 20s I took the leap of faith and started teaching myself recipe development, flavour profiles, plating & cooking techniques. Mid 20s I saved up enough money to go to one of the England’s best culinary schools, where I graduated top of my class. After owning what feels like 100 cookbooks, spending 1000s on food & clocking countless hours in the kitchen. I realised that Catering is my passion, bringing people together with food is my passion and I just want to share that joy with others around the world.

Typical Clients

Clients include: birthdays, weddings, girls' brunches, corporate lunches, business lunches, christenings, anniversaries, dinner for two ( date night/proposals.

Our minimum age we accept bookings from is 20 years old; other than that, anyone is welcome to book our services.

All catered services include set up, clean down and take down of appliances and decor.

Lovely food! Great service

The food we ordered (fried chicken) was affordable and delicious. Tonya had great communication and delivered the food on time to our address. I will definitely order again!
