Chantal worked so hard all through 2 hours, many of our guests commented what wonderful performer she was. Very grateful!

Chantal was very good with my son and got him engaged and interested considering the fact that I had to wake him up from his nap to participate at his birthday party. Normally he would get clingy and show lack of interest when he just wakes up but Chantal has a way with kids. The puppet show was really funny and the bubbles had the parents getting involved as well. There was a ball pit and Pepper Pig made an appearance which my son was ok at first and then she got too close, that had me laughing. All in all it was really good and I had some great feedback from the other parents. Chantal kept me informed of what was going on leading up to the big day and was able to make a few changes at short notice which to me showed great professionalism.

I would totally recommend startopia to anyone holding a kids party! Superb communication from accepting the offer right up until the day of the event, totally able to personalise the party to the age of the children and theme - even favourite characters! Well worth the money we paid and would definitely use again! Thank you so much Chantal for taking the stress away from us for a thoroughly enjoyable party!

Chantal was amazing at our daughter's 4th birthday party! She arrived in character as a mermaid and immediately started to bond with the birthday girl. Chantal kept up the energy and fun for the whole 2 hour party with a variety of games, glitter tattoos, facepainting, giant bubbles. Everyone joined in and had the best time. I would highly recommend Startopia! Thank you Chantal! x

The party went great! The princess was amazing and really held the attention of the children. The only slight issue was a miscommunication; what I’d had agreed on our add to event communications hadn’t been noted down and the princess wasn’t aware of our specific request. Once we’d had a chance to have a chat to the manager it was all sorted out quickly and we received the aspects of the party that we’d asked for when we booked. I would definitely use them again! The princess even very kindly plaited my daughters hair before the party :) above and beyond the call of duty

Chantel was amazing kept the kids fully entertained! I’ve always done my own entertainment so this was my first time hiring an entertainer but it was brill, my little man was made to feel super special and all the kids enjoyed themselves. Thank you for an Incredible party x

Fantastic service. Really enjoyable party. Children loved it but also this mummy really appreciated how organised Startopia were and reassuring that the party would be great rain or shine... and it was!
