It is so hard to write about ourselves! We would much prefer to write about food, but anyhow… We are a Greek family who simply love to cook, create bespoke recipes, and socialise with people (there must be “we” in food!).
When did it all start? A hundred years back! Yes! We’ve inherited not just our grandma’s cookbooks, but also her love for food. Give us a knife and a chopping board, and we will get lost in the kitchen for hours! The only pickle is that we may end up arguing about who is cooking and who is doing the dishes
We believe that between love and madness, there lies bad food! Our mission is to stop people from going mad! This is why whenever we enter a kitchen, we stop goofing around and we get down to serious business.
What’s that? Sourcing fresh ingredients and mixing them together into simple recipes that take your palate on a journey around the world. We simply love discovering new flavours, matching them and seeing them enter into a perfect marriage. Life is adorably simple, so – for the love of food! – eat accordingly.
