Sublime Catering Limited supplier of quality fresh food, we specialise in canape parties, wedding receptions, and corporate catering, hog and lamb roasts , the finest paella ,we are based in Hastings, but cover the whole of the south of England, there is not job to small to cater for or to big to handle, all our ingredients are locally sourced.
All our food is freshly prepared on site or at our Sussex unit. All our chefs are passionate about providing and excellent product and service to our clients.

Excellent BBQ!
Paul and his team were fantastic, they were organised, brought all their own equipment including a marquee, and the food was fantastic! All the staff commented on how good everything was, as well as being friendly and incredibly easy to work with! Would have them back any time!

A huge (sorry belated) thank you to sublime catering for catering my husband’s 70th birthday in our garden the hog roast was amazing, it was a totally stress free day thanks to Paul everything was supplied salads, stuffing etc but also plates, cutlery and serviettes and our vegan guests also catered for and our friends are still talking about the crackling!!

Fantastic Service and Excellent Food
Apart from a really dodgy plug that nearly ruined the chips, but super switching of plugs and hey presto we had a fantastic company sponsored lunch for 74 employees.
We went full Mexican and the staff thought it was a most excellent and tasty meal.
Chili was fantastic and everyone enjoyed the taste.

Good friendly service
The team arrived on time and also prepared the food on time.
Everything was laid out nicely with lots of salad. Also veggie burgers provided.
Only the stuffing was too solid and dry.
Otherwise all was good.

Unpaid vendor Fee. Communication stopped.
Sublime catering came to provide their services at a school charity event raising money for our school. Despite multiple emails and messages, they did not pay the vendor fee. They came and sold their food, yet did not pay their agreed vendor fee or anything towards the charity. This was so disappointing. All communication stopped and their invoice is still outstanding. I would have been happy to discuss a change in this fee if the money they made didn’t meet their expectations, but unfortunately there was no response to any messages. Because of this- I would not recommend or use their services ever again.
