Paul came along and everything was just sorted out, there was nothing for me to worry about, all was sorted and everyone fed and all loved it.

Would most certainly recommend and use again.

Added to a perfect day simply by being the best they could of been and allowing me to get on with enjoying myself rather than doing more setting up and organising etc... everything was brilliant.

I wouldn't recommend or at least get the agreement in writing. We had agreed that he would turn up at our wedding venue at 16:00 but he was texting me while I was at my wedding ceremony at 14:15 saying he was at the venue and no one was there. He did serve the meal at the time we had agreed but did not serve second round and just left the food there for people to help them selves. He was in such a rush getting to his next booking. We had agreed that he would leave about 20:00. Because he didn't serve seconds he said he would come back at 22:00 and do it then. Well he didn't come back at 22:00, he came back at almost 23:30 when most of the guests were gone. I was very disappointed by his services.

We had chicken tikka and fish and chips, all my guests were very pleased. Would recommend Paul to anyone.

Paul catered for my daughters 21st birthday party BBQ, the food was lovely, well presented and very plentiful. I Did not have to provide anything! Would definitely use Paul again and recommend him to everyone.

Paul is a lovely chap who cooks a great Paella He arrived and soon set to cooking.
Served all our guests 60 people. then very quickly cleaned everything up even my borrowed cutlery.It was all left neat and tidy a very easy way to feed lots of people.

We hired Paul to cater for our marquee wedding. We had a hog roast with a buffet in the afternoon and a huge paella in the evening. Paul looked after us from the very beginning - from our first contact. He talked us through menu choices, accommodated our budget and made invaluable suggestions (we didn't know how much food we needed - or really what we were doing)! We wanted to talk through the day and Paul was kind enough to have us over to his house. On the day, Paul and his staff went above and beyond to look after us and to cater for our every need. I'm allergic to onions - so we had two versions of everything! The food was delicious. We had so many compliments! We were both over the moon. We would wholeheartedly recommend Sublime!

We had no experience of Sublime Catering but they lived up to their name and delivered good service. I would readily recommend them. They were very pleasant and just came and got on with everything and we were able to leave them to do everything, and we didn't have to worry. We had very good comments from our guests on the quality of the Hog Roast. Altogether, a good and professional service.

Paul and his colleague were fantastic. Great comms before event to make sure everything was booked in properly and all facilities and requirements were understood. The hog roast was perfect for our large camping group (c.60 people) and everybody went up for seconds. There was plenty of food left over and we had it wrapped up to take home. Good value for money, great food and no hassle for the happy campers!
